HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER AGENCIES?

We use a more personal approach to understand our clients needs. By caring and building a relationship with whomever we conduct business with means a better relationship for our potential hires.

WHAT INDUSTRIES AND CLIENTS DO WE SERVICE?

Our clients include Technology, Retail, Telecommunications, Travel and Hospitality, Financial Services, Utilities, Healthcare, Automotive and e-Commerce.

DO WE PLACE PEOPLE IN TEMPORARY JOBS?

Yes, each client you work with will involve a contract for a certain duration where you will work with them. Once this contract ends you may have the possibility of renewing the contract based off performance.

CAN THIS BE COMPETITIVE TO A FULL-TIME JOB?

Yes, you can earn up to $18/hr depending on the client you choose to service. There is also opportunity to earn more as you will also be paid on performance and will receive incentives based off this. Once you complete the background check, you will receive instructions on how to choose a client, complete a voice and pre-assessment. After all is complete, you will enroll in their online training class.

DO YOU GET PAID FOR TRAINING?

You will start getting paid in the training class when taking live practice calls. This usually takes place the second week of training. Once you have successfully completed the training, you will start selecting your full schedule.

HOW MANY HOURS CAN I WORK AND HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I MAKE?

Good news! You can earn as much as you want! All clients have a minimum hour requirement which is usually 20 hours. You must work at least the minimum hours to continue servicing that client. There are some clients that have a weekly cap where you cannot exceed 100 hours. If you are making $15/hr x 100 hrs, you could earn as much as $1,500 in a week! On the other hand, if you work 15 hours and make $15/hr, you could earn $300 that week. It is totally up to you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN START EARNING MONEY?

You will need to complete the admission process which can take one day or as long as one week depending on how quickly you move through the steps. After picking your client, the only thing left is your training and then you are earning money. The length of training varies with each client, so you will be able to find one to suit your needs.

CAN I WORK WHILE ON A CONTRACT WITH CLIENTS?

Yes! You may work amother part-time or full-time job. 

WHY IS A BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED?

Both Assure Staffing Solutions and our clients have high standards. Agents working for each client have access to confidential information information; therefore a background check is required to ensure each potential Agent identity is confirmed and free from criminal history. Felonies and misdemeanors that include fraud are not permitted.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIRENTS?

Agents must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA. We do not accept applications from agents who live in NY, MD, CA, WI, OR, MA and CT. You will need a quiet workplace and a compatible computer and noise canceling headsets. Your computer will be assessed as part of the qualification process. 

WILL I BE AN EMPLOYEE OF ASSURE STAFFING SOLUTIONS?

Our team members (Agents) are independent contractors of Assure Staffing Solutions, LLC. You will receive a 1099 for your years compensation. You must pay your own taxes. There are quite a few tax perks for being an independent contractor. Please check with your local tax advisor for more information.
